Since 2017, the Dropbox Foundation has supported human rights organizations around the world. Through long-term partnerships, we provide grant funding and skills-based volunteering to help nonprofits deepen their impact. Our newest cohort of organizations are creating lasting change in the world, and we’re proud to support their missions.

In 2025, we welcome three new Dropbox Foundation partners:

• Treehouse – expanding opportunities for youth in foster care
• Malala Fund – championing education globally
• International Refugee Assistance Project (IRAP) – advancing legal aid and advocacy for displaced people

We are excited to go deeper with each organization and create new opportunities for Dropbox employees to get engaged. Some recent examples include:

In April 2025, New York City-based employees supported Malala Fund’s art installation at Atelier Jolie that highlighted women artists from Afghanistan.

IRAP hosted a community event for its pro bono volunteers, including Dropbox employees, at their New York office in April 2025.

In November 2024, Seattle-based employees volunteered at the Treehouse Store that provides free clothing, books, toys, and more for youth in foster care.
